Dynamic adjustment of today's training. Fill in the inputs that are relevant for you, either in the morning or during the session.
Morning data and subjective status
Measure in the morning. Compare with your average over 7 to 14 days.
Both large drops and unexplained increases can indicate stress.
Focus on how your thigh muscles feel in a familiar flight of stairs.
One poor night on its own is not critical.
After 10 to 15 minutes of easy running
At the same easy pace you normally use.
Assessment of the first rep (3 to 6 min)
Fill in at least 3 parameters to get an assessment
Green light: Everything looks good. You can extend the session by 20 to 40% or increase the intensity slightly.
Yellow light: Within the normal range. Complete the session as planned, but do not add extra load.
Red light: The body is not ready. Stop, switch to an easy jog, or take the day off. The combination of markers is what matters.
