Easy jogging

I am re-adjusting to fall/winter training now with just training a few times a week doing easy jogging.

Last year I needed a full six weeks of recovery before my body was ready to go again but this years it seems that 2-3 weeks will be…

enough for som ok training. Nothing special, maybe 1-2 intervall trainings weekly from the end of this month.

I am trying to monitor the recovery process closely so that I will not start too early. But it seems very stable at the moment and I look forward to run as I feel like for the coming period :))
