weeks , and now I am feeling the training tiredness again. But I like it, so it is ok.
I am now building myself up to maximum training and will reach it at the end of the month. From there on, it is full training dose and the effort (and training intelligence) to do the best possible results for next season. I am looking forward to getting into that rythm. It is easier to run more and consistent, then it is to run on and off. A good training rythm is a matter of habit……but it only takes some days off and you have to work hard to get back into that habit again…
