as long as training conditions are good. Plus the altitude is a few hundred meters higher and the air fresher.
We have had a great training fall here in Nlrway, because of the mild weather so I am well prepared for the outdoor running in Kenya. Usually it takes a few days to get used to running intervalls on the ground again after weeks in treadmills but now it should be ok.
I cannot wait to get under the sun again and meet my friends there. Five years in a row down there makes you feel at home 🙂
